Can I use my own photographs?
Yes you can.

Which format should my photographs be in?
We accept all the most common formats, although JPEG would be the most suitable. Please be aware that the final printed result will only be as good as the quality of the file supplied. We cannot accept responsibility for the poor quality of supplied images. In general a file over 0.5 MB will produce good results. A member of our team will contact you if there are any concerns about the quality of provided images.

I don't have a digital photograph.
A good quality digital photograph will always deliver the best results. If you don’t have access to a scanner often a smart phone could be used to take a picture.

I’m having problems uploading my artwork files.
Please contact us if you have any difficulties with uploading your images. We will be delighted to assist or provide an alternative method.

Will I receive a proof?
There is a preview at the end of making your Order of Service.

Can I make amendments to my proof?
Yes you can.

How long does it take until I receive my order?
We will despatch your order within two days of proof approval and completion of payment, if not sooner. Our secure courier will deliver the next working day between 9am and 5.30pm. Please allow enough time to have your order delivered at least one working day before the service. Weekend deliveries can be arranged at a small additional cost.

I can’t see a suitable design on your website.
We will be delighted to create a bespoke order of service if you are unable to find a suitable theme from our selection of designs.

How do I pay?
Once you are happy with your personalised stationery you pay at checkout. We can accept payment by most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Can I pickup my order?
Yes we have 160 locations Australia wide to pick up from
